I'm still waiting for Whale (in mainland Portugal) to get the DAC. Apparently it is still stuck in customs for a couple of weeks now. Although the documentation has been provided. Last update was two days ago. Sorry for all the delays and problems!

No worries, this just will take a bit longer than expected, but hopefully the DAC clears customs and the portuguese pals start enjoying it soon :D

I'm sorry this is being so annoying and time consuming for you. Somehow I feel responsible. Let's be optimistic, it's still August and everything administration related in countries such as Spain or Portugal freezes. Hopefully in a few days things start to move on.

You don't have any reason to feel responsible. I need to make some sort of decision at this point. Basically, the delay isn't due to administrative or bureaucratic reasons (at least not anymore) but instead the policies around something like a free loaner program make it expensive/inefficient for someone outside the country.

I see. Feel free to PM or e-mail me, we had accounted for custom expenses as much as for shipping from one user to another, so we can still find out a solution before the program is called off :)

I'm located in the German capital Berlin and would be happy to spice up the spanish-portugese mix.

I just tried sending you an email but it was returned saying there is no such user. Has your email address changed?
